Midnight Ink & a Giveaway!

MIDNIGHT INK

Box Set Collection with the Smutketeers

Eden Bradley, R.G. Alexander & Robin L. Rotham!

Eden (today's spokesperson for the Smutketeers) says:

The MIDNIGHT INK collection is the Smutketeers’ baby, but we couldn’t have done it without the amazing authors who joined us in this very special project! So this is our shout-out to the fab Jayne Rylon, Sidney Bristol, PG Forte, Carrie Ann Ryan and Mari Carr! Eight authors with eight sizzling new stories set in New Orleans! Once R.G. and I had the initial premise and world set and had drafted Robin, then invited our other fellow authors, the brainstorming sessions with all the girls were crazy! Someone has kept track of those discussions, so expect filthy and ridiculous tidbits to leak out in the coming weeks-lol!

Some of my personal favorite things about us all writing in the same world:
~The tattoo shop itself, Midnight Ink. I want to go there and get tattooed!
~Sassy, the shop’s manager and the cupid who manipulates…um…encourages so many of the romances. I used her a lot, since she and my heroine, Rosie, a tattoo artist, are the only women in the shop, so they’re besties. Sassy is a riot—and we all really wrote her the same way! She’s someone you want at your back in hard times, the perfect accomplice no matter what kind of trouble you’re getting into—a tough chick with a heart of gold. Love her! And Carrie Ann Ryan for inventing her. ~A cast of HOT tattoo artists! Caliph, Declan, Shep, Eli…enough to keep this ink-clad girl very happy!
~Writing about New Orleans, one of my favorite places in the world!
~Hot, dirty, romantic sex! ‘Nuff said. I know RG and Robin will agree with me on all of this. All for Smut, and Smut for All! We’re not the Smutketeers for nothing. ; ) And we all hope you enjoy the Midnight Ink Box Set collection.

I love tattoo's. I have 5 of them. My favorite's are the two I have on my back. My son paid for me to have a cross on my left shoulder before he left for Iraq. After he passed away I had his name and the dates put around the cross and then I had a portrait of him done on my right shoulder. They are so special.

I do not have a tattoo. I have not been a huge fan of them as many of them seem like they were put there without a lot of thought or are disjointed with the body. I am finding that I do like great artwork and have seen some beautiful tattoos in recent years.

Tattoos are like personalities...a little can go a long way. Too much can be distracting and diminish the impact and beauty of some images. Bigger is not always better

I have a tattoo and I love tattoos on men, but my husband doesn't have any. I think they're sexy!

Sue-much of my work is memorial work-means so much more. :)
Which leads me to krg's comment-all of my ink has meaning, and my body is themed-it's all Asian/Eastern artwork. The flow of the images is something I always consider when getting a new tattoo.

Thanks for commenting, everyone!

With me, liking tattoos or not depends on the person, the part of the body & the tattoo design they have. As a general rule, I love the artistic tattoos and tribal designs. My favorite? Tribal designs on a hard-cut, alpha male! Woo-HOO! =)~

I have several tattoos myself. The first one I received is a custom designed big cat. If I were to compare it to known animals, I would say it's a tiger. However, you won't find my tiger in the wild as she's done in hues of pink, purple & turquoise.

The second tattoo I have is simple - in elegant script, my Husbands name with a heat at the end. Since I have tattoos, I had to wear his name for life, since he is my partner & love for life.

The third tattoo I have is one which represents my totem, as recognition of my Chippewea heritidge. It's a beautiful dragonfly. That's it...except for the one on my wish list.

Years of modeling prevented me from getting this one, and after putting it off for so long...well, now I've just been a chicken! I have always wanted a tribal design bracelet. Someday...

That's it for me! Thank you for the opportunity! I wish you all much success!! =)

I do not have any tattoos, but my son is covered from neck to feet, and his wife has tattoos. My son has some very special ones, one is for me, his dad, and his grandparents. He has my mom and dad's name, birthdays, and anniversary all entwined in wedding rings, saying in life and death. I would like to have one, but I have some many allergies.

I don't have any tattoos myself (I'm a big scaredy-cat when it comes to needles), but like them just fine on other people. I've thought a few times about getting a small one, but then I remember about the needle...and the thought leaves my head LOL

I do not like them on myself but on the right person, male or female, I think they can be very sexy!

I love sexy tattoos on a sexy guy I think they make them even hotter! I would love to have a tattoo but could never decide exactly what I wanted and plus I take blood thinners so I don't know if that would mess it up :(

I love tattoos. I think women with the whole pin-up girl look with tattoos are just gorgeous. And I'm sure I don't need to say anything about how sexy men with tattoos are! LOL! I only have one tattoo myself but I would like to have more. Maybe one day!

Congrats on the new release, Ladies!!!
I LOVE tattoos on a man!! I think if the ink is good, they are the sexiest thing! I like them almost anywhere on the body, minus the face, though I have seen some that are nice. :)
I only have 1 on my upper arm. I was going to get one on my back as well, but I have a skin condition and worry about it affecting the tattoo. I love admiring them on others!
I already have my copy of Midnight Ink!
Thank you for sharing and for the giveaway!
