Review: Crossing the Line by Kele Moon

Kele Moon is one author, IMO, who doesn't get the recognition that she most definitely deserves. I've said it once and too many times, if you haven't read anything by her...what the hell are you waiting for!?! First off, her stories are well written and there are no editing issues. Secondly, her stories are believable, you can relate to the characters and you want to live in the world she has created. This is me not kissing ass. This is Amanda speaking truth.

This is my favorite type of romance. Childhood friends becoming much more to each other. You see from an early age how Wyatt will become the man he is today. He's protective, strong, gentle and understanding. Wyatt is the way he is due to his family. The Conner family is one of a kind. They made due without the love of a wife and mother and still became a family that is respected and loved. Tabitha is from the "wrong side of the tracks". Her mom wasn't what a mother could be and her brother wasn't a role model. She doesn't have a lot, she doesn't dress the best and even with this Tabitha turns out to be a beautiful woman that Wyatt is completely head over heels in love with.

When you know you've met your true love, your soulmate, your happy ever after you hold on to it. Circumstances occur where there bond is broken but they have this soul deep connection that even 13 years of seperation couldn't put a dent into their everlasting love. They have this unconditional love that rivals all others.

Wyatt puts shame on all men who think they need to sink themselves in either alcohol, drugs or women. Now some may not find it believable that a man can be celibate for so many years. But that's thing with Wyatt, once you get to know him the better you understand his love for Tabitha. Wyatt is a hero in every sense of the word.

This story is not only about the love of Wyatt and Tabitha. It's also about family. You get to see all the siblings connections from The Conners to The Wellings. And for me, that's the heart of the story. Family sticks with you thru thick and thin and you'll be grateful if you are blessed to have a family like that.

I could go on and on about this book, this series and author but I'm leaving it to you, as a reader, to discover the talented Kele Moon.
