Francine has know Mitchell was her mate since they were
kids. Mitchell is in denial.
Then, Alejandro comes along and devises a plan. He’ll be
happy to play suitor to Francine in order to make Mitchell jelous. Only now,
Alejandro realizes he’s also Francine’s mate. Seems like Mitchell has a little
competition.
Eve Langlais manages to write these wonderful stories that
draw you in. You’re hooked from the very beginning. This is no exception. I was
hooked from the very beginning. We have a wonderful romance, a love triangle
and let’s not forget a little threat to Francine to make things interesting.
Mitchell’s family is awesome. We first met them in Delicate
Freakn’ Flower. And they continue to bring amusement. At least it’s amusing if
they’re not your family. They had such depth and wonderful passion for life to
the story. They’ll do anything for each other and quite often do!
The sparks between Francine and Mitchell and Francine and
Alejandro are titillating. It’s fun to see what they come up with. The
competition between Alejandro and Mitchell however just tear you apart.
Francine is suffering because of them. But because she loves them both, she’ll
do what she must to keep them both. Mitchell and Alejandro grow into men and
make you believe in the power of love.
This is a great series and I can’t wait to read more. I’m
especially ready for Mitchell’s brothers to fall victim to their mates!
