Character Interview

Nadine here! I am beyond excited. I’m happily awaiting Nic Dalton, the heroine from Kristen Proby’s latest installment in the With Me in Seattle series, Tied With Me. Oh I see her now!

Hi Nic! Thank you so much for meeting me at Vintage. I know your Sundays are usually Bailey time, so I promise to be quick.

Thanks for inviting me! It's a pleasure to meet you.

Tied With Me is yours and Matt’s story. This was a spicy read. I loved how you were open to trying something so out of your norm. What made you go for it? What was it about that first encounter with Matt at the festival that compelled you to let him demonstrate his ropes?

The man is sexy as all get-out for starters. But more than that there's something about him that just makes me WANT to please him, to do as he asks. It's really difficult to explain.

The end of your first night of passion with him, while satisfying, didn’t exactly end well. I mean the guy ran out on you without so much as getting your number. Did you ever expect to see him again? What was the first thought that entered your mind when you saw Matt at Brynna’s wedding?

No, I never expected to run into Matt again. When I first saw him at the wedding, I think my first thought was, "holy shit!"

I love how he calls you little one. I swear when he called you on the phone after the wedding and said it, chills ran down my arms. Do you have a special nickname for him?

Isn't he sweet? Hmm... I don't really have a specific nickname for Matt. Well, not one that he'll let me share.

You’ve been immersed in Matt’s brand of kink for a while now. That man certainly makes use of some interesting tying implements. Which has been your favorite? Anything new we haven’t seen?

Let me think... favorite... Well, it's always fun when he uses the apron. There are all kinds of uses for that! Not long ago he made use of my favorite scarf. I think I'll be "cold" more often.

 So, what’s next for you guys? Are you ready for him to pop the big question yet or does that make you nervous?

It's still pretty early for us. I'm content knowing that we're committed to each other and plan to be together for a very, very long time.

Alright, alright that’s it for the tough questions. Thank you so much for meeting me here. Before I go though, just one more question. You had Adam-freaking-Levine in your cupcake shop. How in the hell did you not kidnap that man and stow him away upstairs? *sigh* Seriously, though what was that encounter like?

Most of us were pretty much speechless during  that encounter. But Adam's soooo nice, and just as good looking in person as he is on TV. Now that Leo Nash? He's in almost daily, and I must admit, I have a bit of a crush on that one. Hello, hot rock star. *winks*
