Review: Human and Freakn' by Eve Langlais

We continue the Freakn’ Shifter series with Human and Freakn’. I love shifter stories and I love this series.

Ruth is trekking through the jungle looking for her sister. Her guides are two hot shifters. Ruth, who has always been the good girl is having not so good girl thoughts and fantasies about her guides.

Kendrick and Joel find the joke’s on them when they both want to claim Ruth as their mate. The problem? Neither one wants to share and she’s human. So, not only does she not know about the shifter world, they’ll have to convince her ménage relationships are normal.

Now they have to contend with the Moon Ghost Jaguars. Joel and Kendrick have to fight to keep Ruth. If they lose the fight, they lose Ruth.

This was a lot of fun. We meet a new group of shifters. These shifters aren’t like the shifters we’re used to. They have different views of the world and a different way of doing things. In many ways it was refreshing and fun.

Ruth was great. She’s outside of her comfort zone and doing everything she has to in order to save her sister. She realizes what she wants, Kendrick and Joel, and is willing to go for it.

Joel and Kendrick are just as awesome. They’re hot, they’re fun and fighting destiny. Watching them fall was so much fun.

Once again Eve Langlais brought us a great shifter story!

Review: Delicate Freakn' Flower by Eve Langlais

Eve Langlais writes and amazing shifter series! They are brash, full of life and don't take crap off anybody!

Naomi grew up with multiple brothers. All of them rough and the family gatherings always end up with brawl. I mean, how else will they let off some steam? Naomi has convinced herself she wants to mate with a human and have a nice, normal marriage.

HA! Instead, she ends up with Ethan and Javier. Two shifters who are as rough and tumble as her brothers. In fact, they're so tough they play for the local shifter lacrosse team. Talk about Fate having a laugh at your expense!

Ethan and Javier do everything they can to woo Naomi and convince her to mate with them. They'll do anything for her.

In addition to hot some loving, so sweet romance, a little rough and tumble, we have a threat against Naomi. This thread is driving Ethan and Javier nuts! They devise a plan to keep her safe. Of course, her brothers get involved and the threat...well....not so much of a threat anymore.

This was a great romance. I snickered, I cringed and I shook my head. This was a fun read and it was hot. We could all use a little Kodiak Bear and a jaguar to keep us warm at night and happy has can be!
