Cash Montgomery likes fast cars, fast women, and living his life only as far as he

Allowing herself to melt into his body for a few moments, she shook her head.
“Nothing.”
Cash grabbed hold of her waist and pushed her far enough away he could look her
in the eyes. “How old is the battery?”
“I have no idea,” she admitted, her face turning red.
She was cute in her embarrassment, and he had to laugh. “Pop the hood for
me.”
When she didn’t move, he raised an eyebrow at her. “You do know how to
do that, right?”
Harper bit her bottom lip and shook her head, giggling. “No.”
“You’re lucky you’re hot as hell and can cook a mean fuckin’ cake,” he joked as he
walked around to the driver’s side and reached in, popping the hood.
“I have my talents.” She winked.
“You do have
that,” he agreed.
