I love a dark read, especially one that will keep me on the
edge of my seat, or in this case the edge of my bed (I am sick and have been
ordered to rest, so I am resting by reading lol). Anyways as I was saying I love when I am so
enthralled into a book that I must keep reading to find out what the next page,
hell the next paragraph will bring and this happened for me with Retribution. Add into the equation a love triangle and I
was caught hook, line and sinker for the entire book. I am keeping this review short and sweet
because I am really trying to not give any kind of spoiler away but I will say this,
that ending had me screaming where is the rest of the book? I need more now.
If you aren’t a fan of dark, suspenseful reads then you may
want to skip over Retribution, but if
you are like me who like books that tend to be darker and has some suspense to
it then I think you will be sucked into it from the very first page until the
last.

Mandy Lou Dowson was born and raised in a small town in Ireland, in 1983, and at this stage in life, she's pretty sure the town won't let her leave. Family is a huge deal to Mandy. She has three wonderful children (most of the time), and two Siberian Huskies who are each as naughty as the other – in fact, she's sure they egg each other on in silly cartoon voices when nobody is looking.
