I have a new book boyfriend! River Wilde systematically stole my heart. He is absolute perfection! He’s the lead singer of The Wilde Ones, hot, attentive, always says the right thing, patient, and fun. He never forgot Dahlia or what he felt when he was around her for that small moment. Deep down he knew there could really be something between them, but he never got the chance to find out…till now.
River comes back into Dahlia’s life at a time when she needs him the most. He lifts her spirits and heals her inside and out. I loved watching them. They fit so easily together. You can clearly see these two people belong together. Oh, but Ms. Karr couldn’t leave well enough alone. She will throw an ending at you that you NEVER saw coming. I kept swiping my finger across my Kindle refusing to believe it. It’s a truly, brilliant cliffhanger of an ending. I applaud her! My stomach on the other hand is now left in knots awaiting the sequel.
